Instead of doing nothing dekat rumah, i decided to go workout again. I don't plan to take design orders this holiday but i dont know lah maybe yes maybe no. But whats for sure is I just nak relax je cuti ni. I used to have a quite good endurance level but I realise that sejak stop Karate (since i enter ed university), my metabolism went down, so does stamina. Dekat Kuantan tu rajin je Fikah ajak jogging tapi haremmm nak ikut sbb malas lebih menguasai diri. Apa je yang I buat? Jalan kaki pi class? kalau jalan tu berapa jelah lemak yang terbakar. Entah2 tak bakar langsung. Cycling? Haa yang tu pun boleh kira dengan jari je. 

Me and my sister are the member of Celebrity Fitness Gym and kitorang pergi yang paling dekat dengan rumah je, dekat Wangsa Walk Mall, 8 minutes from home.

1st station: Treadmill, 2.14 km.


2nd station: Elliptical trainer, 800 metres done. I is lazy.


Lepas turun dari elliptical traine, nyaris nak terhantuk cermin masa berjalan sebab kaki lembik. nyaris ok nyaris. Ni la dia orang dah lama tak bersenam shame on you Sri, shame. Sampai ada Brah (Baca: brader) badan ketak-ketak tengah angkat besi cover gelak tengok jalan tak stabil fine lah gelak lah.


Harap-harap boleh terus rajin sampai masuk kuantan balik. okbai!

kaerun and Iela: kalau celebrity fitness boleh unlimited excess nak gi tiap2 hari pun boleh. facilities semua uptodate and lengkap for everything together with workout kit.

normal: 550(reg free- pay 1time only)+ 109 (mmbership- pay 1time only)+ 225(monthly fee).

kalau ada student card murah sikit. 50(reg free- pay 1time only)+ 109 (mmbership- pay 1time only)+ 150(monthly fee).

tapi kalau aerobic or yoga class tak sure fees mcm mana..

mula2 je dia mahal sikit but lepastu byr bulan2 dah murah.. berbaloi pergi sebab memang motivated gila bila nampak calorie yang u dah burned. wiahahahahha :DDd

Eh eh? Akak bukan slim je ke o.o Woo sihat n_n kita joging dekat taman je lahh tak cukup duit nak bayar hehehe.
